Step 1:
Wash the mushrooms. If they are large - cut in half, medium and small -leave intact. Prepare the marinade. Mix two types of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika in a jar, chop the garlic finely and send it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well
Step 2:
Take a clean plastic bag without holes
Step 3:
Put the mushrooms in it, pour the marinade over them and tie the bag tightly. Shake the mushrooms well so that the marinade is evenly distributed. Do this for a couple of minutes
Step 4:
In a preheated oven to 240 degrees, put the mushrooms on the grill. Bake for 7-10 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees until ready
Step 5:
The perfect side dish for meat or fish is ready! Nice appetite!
