Spicy caviar from pumpkin and zucchini

Step 1:
Peel a piece of pumpkin and cut into large cubes of 3-5 cm. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread out the pumpkin. Brush it with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Put a head of garlic next to the pumpkin. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
Step 2:
3 peel the zucchini, cut in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Step 3:
Grease the zucchini with olive oil and add to the pumpkin on a baking sheet. Bake everything together for another 10-15 minutes .
Step 4:
Squeeze out the garlic pulp, pumpkin and zucchini into a mixing bowl. Add kindza or other greens as desired.
Step 5:
Mix. If you need to add salt, pepper. Serve as an independent dish or as a side dish.
