Step 1:
Melt one hundred and fifty grams of butter.
Step 2:
Mix a glass of flour into the hot oil.
Step 3:
Add two tablespoons of sour cream.
Step 4:
Wrap the finished dough in a film and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 5:
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 6:
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (if desired, you can fry harder, salt to taste, add turmeric.
Step 7:
For filling, whisk sour cream with two eggs.
Step 8:
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a layer. This amount of dough is enough for a mold with a diameter of 24 centimeters. We form the sides of 1.5-2 centimeters.
Step 9:
Spread the onion.
Step 10:
Pour sour cream-egg mixture. If the sides are too high, they can be bent inside.
Step 11:
Cook in a preheated 150 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
This pie can be consumed as an independent dish hot, warm or cold. It goes well with spicy and tomato sauces. It can also be used as a side dish for meat dishes.
