Cooking method
1. Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve several times.
2. Then add salt, then margarine, mix everything with your hands and crumble into crumbs.
3. Add grated cheese and herbs to the mixture.
4. Separately, in another bowl, mix the milk with the egg and pour everything on top into the finished mixture and mix with your hands.
5. Pour the semi-liquid sticky dough onto the surface with flour and sprinkle with flour roll into a sausage, cut into round pieces. The dough should not be crushed or kneaded with flour, it should remain fluffy and semi-thick consistency. Just sprinkle with flour!
6. After dipping each in flour, put it on a baking sheet - on paper.
Do not press on the dough, do not knead, everything should be lush.
7. Brush the top with milk.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
