Step 12:
Fill the dough in half and send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees
Step 13:
Bake for 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 and bake for another 10 minutes. If during this time the buns are not cooked, we bake longer, the time depends on your oven
Step 14:
We take out the buns, this is how they look inside
Step 15:
You can fill popovers according to your taste, but we eat half without filling) Bon Appetit!
Tips:
The top is very "frying" in the oven - install the molds on the middle shelf.
Do not know the temperature of the oven - set it to the middle of the power.
We take only good butter, no "spreads".
Large eggs - add flour - density as for pancakes or as for cupcakes.
Insufficient height of buns - fill the forms more, distribute the dough into 9 buns and not 12 (this can be done if you want to fill with filling).
Ready-made buns can be stored in a container, bag.
If the buns didn't work out the first time - don't despair, you need to get used to this test! Have a good cooking!
