Cooking method
First prepare the apples, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
Preparing the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar, until frothy. Add vanilla and soda, continue to beat, gradually introduce all the flour, mix well, the dough is ready. Add the apples to the dough and mix.
We spread our mass in a greased form and put it in a preheated oven and bake for 20/25 minutes. at 180C. Do not open the oven until ready. The finished charlotte can be sprinkled with chocolate or powdered sugar. Bon appetit.
