Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our ingredients.
Step 2:
Grind butter on a grater. It must be very strongly cooled, even frozen, to get the result we need.
Step 3:
Add cottage cheese to the butter.
Step 4:
Gently mix with a spoon.
Step 5:
Add flour and baking powder, gently, without pressure, mix with a spoon. To feel the grains of cottage cheese.
Step 6:
Let's break one egg into our mass.
Step 7:
And we will knead the dough with our hands. It should not be too tight. Put it in a bag, and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour to cool down and roll out well.
Step 8:
Then pour the sugar into a deep plate, turn the oven on 180 degrees to warm up, grease the parchment with oil and put it on a baking sheet (on which we will bake our cookies). I use a silicone baking mat.
Step 9:
We take our dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a layer about half a centimeter thick, and cut out the circles with a glass or mug.
Step 10:
Then we dip each circle with one side in sugar
Step 11:
The resulting circle is folded in half with the sugar side inside, and the semicircle is dipped in sugar again.
Step 12:
Then we fold our semicircle in half again with the sugar side inside, and again we dip one side in sugar so that one side of the future cookie is sugar-free.
Step 13:
Then with a knife we carefully make two incisions on the sides - we give the cookie the shape of a crow's foot))))
Step 14:
And put the cookies on a baking sheet so that there is a sugar-free side at the bottom.
Step 15:
We make all our cookies in this way and put them on a baking sheet. Then we put it in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes. I still advise you not to go far from the oven, control the baking process so that the cookies do not burn and do not burn, well, please focus on your ovens - maybe someone will have a faster process, or maybe on the contrary - you need a little more time.
Step 16:
Take the finished cookies out of the oven and let them cool down. We put it on the table and invite everyone to drink tea) Bon appetit!
