Step 1:

Prepare the dough. Mix flour, dry yeast, softened butter, sour cream.

Knead the plastic dough, which will stick slightly to your hands, add flour if necessary.

Put the finished dough in a cellophane bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the filling.

Fry walnuts and chop them.
Step 7:
Grind flour with butter and sugar/

Add walnuts.
Step 9:
We take the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 2 parts so that it is convenient to roll out. Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 10:
We distribute half of the filling over the entire dough layer.
Step 11:
Roll the dough into a roll.
Step 12:
Cut the roll with a knife into pieces about 4 cm wide. Shake the egg and lubricate the top of the Nazuk cookies, you can also sprinkle the top with sugar.
Step 13:
Grease the baking sheet with oil and spread it on the table. We repeat the same with the second part of the dough and the remaining filling. I got 20 pieces. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Step 14:
Armenian Nazuk is ready, leave to cool, and serve with tea. Bon appetit!
