Put it in a ball (if you suddenly added too much flour and the dough does not hold, add 1 tsp or a little more cold water) and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 6:
Roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick. Cut the dough into rectangles and spread it on a baking sheet.
Step 7:
Bake in a preheated 190 C oven for about 15-17 minutes (the edges of the cookies should be gilded). Let it cool completely.
Step 8:
For decoration, we take chocolate jelly beans in glaze, sugar sprinkles and chocolate. In addition to all this, you can take chopped nuts, coconut chips, chocolate chips
Step 9:
Melt black or white chocolate (I took white), fill a dense bag (or a disposable pastry bag) with chocolate, cut off the corner and randomly apply chocolate to the surface of the cookie. We put dragees on top of the chocolate or decorate it as desired.
