Wash salmon fillets, dry, cut into 4 portions.
Wash the dill and leek, dry. Chop the dill finely, chop the leek finely.
Put the salmon in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper (preferably pepper with lemon flavor). Sprinkle lemon juice over the salmon.
Sprinkle with dill and chopped leek, then pour cream. Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the dish for 12 minutes.
