Beat eggs with 1 tbsp sugar, add milk and mix.

Mix soft butter with egg mixture.

Add flour (flour may need more or less).

And quickly knead a soft, but not sticky dough.

Roll out the dough into a layer and fold it into four. Roll out again and fold again. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
Step 7:
Roll out the cooled dough into a long rectangle. We divide it into 3-4 equal parts.
Step 8:
Take 1 part, sprinkle it with sugar and lightly press it.
Step 9:
Cover with 2, 3 and 4 layers. Each layer, except the top one, is sprinkled with sugar. The resulting stack is rolled into a layer, 2 mm thick.
Step 10:
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 11:
Roll the long edges of the rectangle to the center and put them together. The resulting sausage is cut into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick .
Step 12:
Spread the resulting cookies on a baking sheet.
Step 13:
Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes. Cookies should turn brown.
