Cooking method
Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add margarine. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and add flour. Stir quickly so that there are no lumps and immediately turn off the heat. You should get a dense lump of dough lagging behind the walls. Let it cool slightly.
Then beat in the eggs one at a time and beat with a mixer. The dough will turn out more liquid.
Now put the dough lumps on a baking sheet with a spoon at a decent distance from each other. Lumps after baking will increase in size twice. And bake at 180C until ready. Maybe 15-20 minutes.
For the cream, just whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy and fill the custard cakes with them. You can use any other cream at your request.
