Step 1:
Ingredients for cheesecakes.
Step 2:
Grind cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs (depending on the moisture content of cottage cheese, add whole eggs or only yolks).
Step 3:
Add coconut chips - it will not only give flavor and aroma, but also thicken the curd mass.
Step 4:
We form cheesecakes from the curd mass, put 1 tsp (slightly more or less) of boiled condensed milk in the center of each cheesecake. During the formation, we help with flour.
Step 5:
We put the cheesecakes in cupcake molds, lubricate the top with a thin layer of sour cream.
Step 6:
Bake the cheesecakes at 180 C until golden brown. In total, I got 18 cheesecakes.
Step 7:
To make the cheesecakes soft and tender, we will prepare a filling sauce for them. Mix sour cream with sugar (take it to taste) and vanilla tincture.
Step 8:
We put the cheesecakes in a mold and pour the sauce, it should cover the cheesecakes by half. We put the mold in the oven and bring the sauce to a boil. Turn off and serve.
