Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt to them and leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the zucchini is carefully squeezed out of excess juice. By the way, if you have large zucchini, then we clean them from seeds and peel them if necessary.
Step 3:
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4:
In a bowl, mix the squeezed grated zucchini, eggs, herbs, garlic, cheese, as well as a little salt and pepper. Mix and add flour.
Step 5:
We put the resulting dough into a mold and send it to a preheated 180 C oven for 15 minutes, during which time the base should grasp well and turn brown on the sides.
Step 6:
While our base is baking, let's do the filling. This pie is something like pizza, so the filling for it can be whatever is pleasing to your taste. I took cheese, tomato, mushrooms and sausage. All the ingredients are thinly sliced.
Step 7:
Mushrooms are also cut into thin plates and fried if desired.
Step 8:
Remove the squash base from the oven.
Step 9:
Lay out the filling in layers.
Step 10:
On top, as with pizza, we spread cheese and, if desired, sprinkle with a pinch of dried basil.
Step 11:
Bake the pie until ready (about 15 minutes) at 180 C. We check the readiness of the pie with a skewer, the dough should not stick to it.
Step 12:
We let the finished cake cool down a little and serve it to the table, Very tasty with sour cream. Bon appetit!
