Step 1:

Step 2:
Divide the dough into 2 parts. And we form focaccia from it. We lubricate the baking tray with vegetable oil and put the products there. Again, we leave it for proofing for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Spread the olives, cut into rings, on the focaccia.
Step 4:
Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. After baking, the product should lag well behind the baking sheet and have a dull sound when tapping, as if you are knocking on an empty barrel. Remove the focaccia from the oven and cover it with a clean towel, let the product rest for about 20-30 minutes.
