Step 1:

Add the eggs and beat thoroughly again.

Melt the white chocolate and add it to the oil mixture, mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
Sift flour with baking powder. In several steps, we introduce it into the dough.
Step 6:
Alternating with milk. First add a third of the flour, then a third of the milk and flour again. After each addition, mix everything well.
Step 7:
Chop pistachios.
Step 8:
And add to the dough. The dough turns out to be very airy.
Step 9:
Spread the dough into molds and bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 10:
Let the finished cupcakes cool on the grill. Optionally, you can decorate with cream or just sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
