Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients for the strudel.
Step 2:
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, semolina, starch, vanilla and put on fire. Let it boil. It is better to stir the mass, it thickens quickly. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Step 3:
Mix cottage cheese with egg and add to the cooled pudding mass.
Step 4:
Add cranberries (you can soak them in cognac in advance).
Step 5:
Roll out the puff pastry and put the filling on it. Flatten with a spoon.
Step 6:
