Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the dough: melt butter or margarine over low heat.
Step 2:
Beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam, add vanilla.
Step 3:
Add milk to this mixture and mix everything again. Mix the flour with baking powder.
Step 4:
Add the egg mixture to the flour. It turns out a thick dough. Grease the baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the dough into a mold and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
While the dough is being baked, we prepare coconut streusel. Melt the butter over low heat, add cream and sugar, warm up the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved and add the coconut at the very end. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6:
Take the pie out of the oven and put the peaches on it.
Step 7:
Spread the coconut shteryzel evenly on the peaches and send the pie until it is completely baked.
Step 8:
After the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I give the cake some time to brew, about 4-5 hours, until completely cooled.
