    Peeled potatoes cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Mix the potato pieces with salt, pepper and olive oil, set aside for a few minutes so that the potatoes are slightly marinated. Then put in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

    Peel off the scales, remove the insides, rinse well with cold water, dry with a napkin. On each fish, make oblique incisions on both sides, sprinkle salt and pepper on the outside and inside, sprinkle with lemon juice, do not forget the incisions.

    Pour olive oil into a frying pan, chilli in the same place, warm up well. Add the vegetables and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, mix with parsley and add to the vegetables at the end of frying. Season everything with salt and pepper.

    Put the potato pieces in a baking dish,

    Put bay leaves and vegetables on potatoes.

    Put the fish on the vegetables. Pour over the remaining lemon juice, 150 ml of white wine and olive oil.

    Put it all in the oven and bake at 220 degrees. After 10 minutes, pour the rest of the wine over our fish and continue baking for another 15 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the size of the fish.

    Take the finished fish out of the oven, put it on a dish, add the baked vegetables and potatoes, decorate (optional) with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
