Cooking method
For this cake, bake a sponge cake (you can not bother and buy sponge cakes in the store turns out no worse.)
Beat eggs with sugar (add a little each time).
The mass increases 3-4 times.
Add the flour gradually and mix with a mixer until smooth.
Pour into a mold pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake until a dry match at t-210 *. The cooled biscuit is cut into 2 layers.
1 pack of gelatin pour cooled boiled water (100 g) stir and let swell for 40 minutes
SOUFFLE: rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Whisk a jar of sour cream with sugar. Add the cottage cheese while continuing to beat.
Gelatin (if necessary, add a little more water) preheat in the microwave to melt. Pour gelatin into the curd - sour cream mixture. Beat a little more so that the mixture mixes well.
Next, we take a detachable mold, put 1 layer of biscuit into it, the second layer is divided into strips and laid along the edge, making a side, tightly pressing the strips to each other.
Pour the souffle into our mold and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
Take another 1 pack of gelatin, soak it in boiled chilled water, let it swell (gelatin is different, see the instructions, but reduce the proportion of water) after that, heat the gelatin, add sugar and a little citric acid (to taste, bring to a boil, but do not boil, let the gelatin cool down to a warm state. (you can use special gelatin for cakes)
Decorate our cake with fruits and berries and pour chilled gelatin. We put the cake in the refrigerator and let it freeze.
Now you can help yourself. Enjoy your meal.
Described for a long time, but prepares quickly. In the evening, I prepared a sponge cake and poured a souffle, decorated it in the morning. I didn't put it in the refrigerator, I just took it outside and covered it with a cup, (fortunately it's winter outside) it froze very quickly.
