I knead the dough for the bread with a bread maker. I just threw everything into it and turned it on to the yeast dough kneading mode, if you want to bake completely in it, then choose the main mode. If you knead by hand, then add salt, honey or sugar, yeast and vegetable oil to warm water, mix everything well and gradually add the flour mixture kneading the dough. The dough should be very tender and slightly sticky. During kneading, hands can be lubricated with vegetable oil. We send the finished dough to rest in a warm place for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, we take out our dough, it should double in size and form a round loaf. We leave it to approach for 20-30 minutes. Bake our bread in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 C, reduce the temperature to 170C and bake for another 30 minutes. We take our bread out of the oven and leave it to cool on the grill.
