The first step is to prepare the dough. To prepare the dough, I used exactly half of the ingredients specified in the recipe, since my frying pan is not big and my family is too, half of these ingredients make enough dough.
Mix flour with soda.
Kefir, eggs, sugar, salt and sunflower oil mix and beat with a mixer.
Combine the whipped mixture with flour and knead the dough, the dough should not be tight. Set aside the dough for an hour and a half.
Wash the chicken meat (this time I used the shin), dry it with a towel.
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Grease the frying pan with sunflower oil (I used a frying pan with a twist-off handle), put half of the onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put the meat on top, season with salt and pepper and season the remaining onion on top as well.
Roll out the dough with a diameter slightly larger than our frying pan, cover our "filling" with dough, and fill the dough inside, make the sides.
Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40-45 minutes.
After baking, let rest for 10 minutes, then gently drain the juice from our frying pan into a cup, but do not pour it out.
Cover the pan with a dish suitable in diameter and turn it over, pour the juice drained into a cup on top.
The dish is ready!
