Pink roses or pancakes on whey with pink jam and muesli

Beautiful, fast, awesome delicious! Cook the pancakes of your dreams! Delicious, fragrant. the jam didn't spread. Many times I tried to make pancakes, pies with jam and had to use starch or jelly to prevent jam from leaking out. But recently I decided to try for the purposes of "non-expectorant" jam - muesli, and I confess that nothing even turned out both for the taste and for the leakage of jam. Apparently, muesli absorb excess liquid and jam does not flow out, and even the taste qualities of different muesli give the dish additional sensations.

We cook thin pancakes - you can use any recipe from your favorites. I made pancakes with whey, like my grandma. Pour the whey into a wide bowl, beat in the egg, salt, plus a teaspoon of sugar, mix everything thoroughly, gradually add flour to avoid the appearance of lumps, mix well. Bake thin pancakes. Muesli is slightly crushed with a blender. Spread rose jam on each pancake in the middle in the form of a strip, sprinkle muesli on top of the jam strip about 1-2 tsp. The sides of the pancake are oiled and sprinkled with sugar, fold the pancake in half and again lubricate with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Carefully, without clamping, we roll up the pancake with a tube, and turn the "tail" under the pancake. We spread the finished pancakes on a baking sheet, greased with oil. Butter the pancakes on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
