Step-by-step cooking
To start, prepare the dough. Take 1/4 cup of warm water, add a pinch of sugar and our yeast to it, mix everything and leave for 10 minutes. In a bowl, sift the flour and make a recess in the center. Pour sugar, salt into the recess, pour out our diluted yeast and the rest of the water. Knead a soft and plastic dough. We send the finished dough to a greased bowl, cover it with a towel and leave it to come up to twice the volume increase. While the dough is resting, let's do the filling, for this we cut onions and mushrooms. Fry the onion in a preheated frying pan and add the mushrooms, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste and at the end add finely chopped greens. We cool the filling and form bread rolls. The dough that has come up, we roll out into a rectangle, evenly distribute the filling from above, retreating from the edges somewhere 1 cm. We wrap it with a roll and put it in the mold seam down. We leave our bread for lifting for 20-25 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven until golden brown for about 30 - 40 minutes. We cool the finished bread on the grill and serve it to the table! Enjoy your meal!
