Step-by-step cooking
To begin with, we separate the protein from the yolk. Beat butter at room temperature with 30 g of sugar (this is about 1.5 tbsp. l.), add protein and beat everything well again. Fill in the flour and knead the dough. The finished dough is divided into 12 parts and laid out in molds, forming baskets. For the filling, mix the cheese, yolk, the rest of the sugar (if you like it sweeter, you can add more), finely chopped zest and raisins. We fill our baskets with stuffing and bake in a preheated 180 -200C oven for 15-20 minutes. Let the baskets cool down and serve to the table! Enjoy your meal!
