Step-by-step cooking
For cooking potatoes with ribs according to this recipe, you can take any meat. I prefer veal ribs, but sometimes I do it with pork ribs.
Before cooking, the ribs need to be pickled.
To do this, thoroughly mix the plum puree, crushed bell pepper, salt, ground pepper and coriander.
Smearing the ribs with the cooked mass, stand them in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Peel the washed potatoes, cut into pieces.
Chop the garlic, mix it with coriander and salt and coat the resulting mass of potatoes.
We put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish on the bottom, marinated ribs on top.
Bake potatoes with ribs for about an hour in an oven preheated to 250 degrees.
The dish should be served hot together with a vegetable salad.
