Cooking method
Guests have arrived or are about to arrive, and you have nothing for tea. Then I think my recipe for quick chocolate muffins will be useful to you :)
Are just as good for breakfast!
And if you knead the dough in the evening, and in the morning just pour it into molds and into the oven while you wash everything is ready :))
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour the resulting mixture into paper molds. I have adapted to do this, unfortunately, to tin molds that sell everything sticks :((, I make paper molds from parchment in size and insert them into them! It turns out that you pull the cupcake right out of the mold in a piece of paper, and wash less dishes!
Important!! pour the mixture only to half of the mold, as the dough rises strongly during cooking. We put the poured mixture into molds in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes!
This amount is enough for about 4-5 muffins. If you need more, increase the proportions.
