Cooking salmon with spinach according to this recipe will not take much time.
The dish really turns out to be very tasty and quite unusual.
The salmon should be cleaned, the fins trimmed and the skeleton removed. If you bought a salmon fillet, then the task is simplified.
Cut the finished salmon fillet into small pieces in the form of plates, then salt and add ground black pepper.
Put the fish pieces in a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Then cut the green onion and spinach and carefully spread it on top of the salmon, completely covering it. You can also add a little salt.
Mix eggs and cream and pour the mixture into our mold.
