Grate butter.
Add flour and salt. Grind the mass to a dry crumb.
Add eggs. Knead a soft dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Mix sour cream with egg, starch, salt and pepper.
Add grated cheese on a fine grater. Mix everything together.
Tomatoes cut into circles.
Make balls the size of walnuts out of the dough. Make tortillas from balls.
Put the tortillas in cupcake molds.
Put the cheese and sour cream mass into the resulting baskets. Put the tomato slices on top.
Put the baking tray with cupcakes in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
