Step-by-step cooking
We take the "body parts" of the turkey and put it in order (washing, plucking, tarring). Salt and pepper, rub with seasonings. Mix honey and mustard, coat the turkey with this mixture, give it a "rest" and place it in the "sleeve". Preheat the oven to 180C. After the "rest", we put the turkey in the "sleeve" on a baking sheet and send it to the preheated oven approx. for 1.5 - 2 hours.
