Cherry crumble with almonds

It is better to serve crumble warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I've been cooking such a crumble for a very, very long time. There are no photos left from that photo shoot. But for several years I remember that I wanted to cook it again and finally capture it. Now, at the very end of the cherry season, I finally found time to implement a long-standing recipe.
