Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I took the products according to the recipe. But I took a glass of flour (160 gr), I need 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa and added baking powder.
Step 2:
Beat margarine with sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the egg mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3:
Add cocoa and mix everything well again. The dough turns out to be quite thick. I took the form 20 cm in diameter.
Step 4:
Peel the pears, cut into slices and place on top of the lined dough.
Step 5:
The cake is baked quickly, not exactly an hour, about 35-40 min, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Allow to cool in the form, transfer to the grill. Serve with melted chocolate.
Step 6:
The pie is ready. The taste is pleasant. I added more vanilla. Got up very well. After baking, I cut the pie in half lengthwise and smeared with chocolate cream. Whipped cream with melted chocolate and a spoonful of gelatin.
Step 7:
This is how the pie looks already with cream.
