Incredibly delicious and fragrant pie is recommended for a family feast. I made this wonderful leek pie. And although the components in it are not so impressive, but the result is beyond praise!

Cut Onion rings- leek.

Melt butter in a frying pan. Put the onion, pepper and salt, sweeten a little, add nutmeg.

Simmer until half-cooked.

Defrost the dough, roll it out, put it in a mold with a diameter of 20.5 cm. We form the sides.

Prick the dough with a fork.

Cut out a circle from parchment paper along the bottom of the mold, spread it on the dough, sprinkle with peas or beans.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Filling: whisk eggs with cream.

In the "basket" from the dough we spread the leek, pour it with egg mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished pie with cheese or herbs.

It can be eaten both warm and cold.
