Put the molds on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, lay a layer of dough (in each mold - its own figure), spread a layer of minced meat on top, then make a partition layer from the scraps, then mince again and close everything with a second figure.
Grease the top of the pie with sour cream and put a smaller figure for decoration. Do not lubricate it with anything.
Send a baking tray with pies to a 180-degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until the top of the pies is browned.
Make sauce for the pies. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, squeezed garlic and dill in arbitrary quantities, mix well.
