Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
We will need a blender in which we will mix all our ingredients. We send all the cheese to the blender, then we report sour cream. Whisk until creamy. Now you can put the mass into a mixer and start whipping slowly after adding one egg at a time. Melt the butter on the stove, cool it slightly and pour it into the cheese mixture. Separately mix sugar, flour, starch, vanilla and lemon juice with each other. Now carefully spread all this into the bulk, kneading until smooth.
Prepare the oven by preheating it to 180 degrees. The round shape is well smeared with oil (it is better to take a split form). We put the dough into a mold, level the surface and bake for about an hour and a half. Then you can turn off the oven, but still leave the cake inside. Let him stand there for an hour. After the cake is removed from the mold and sent to the refrigerator overnight. In the morning we serve it to tea, sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.
