A very delicious culinary recipe for just the perfect cake for all lovers of sweets is a curd–yogurt cake of Italian cuisine. To make the food perfect, it is better to buy yogurt with pieces of peaches. Personally, I liked the cake the most with this yogurt.
To begin with, we send the butter to the microwave oven to melt. Then we leave it to cool down. Next, whisk the proteins separately together with a pinch of salt. And the yolks are with sugar. Pour cold water into the yolks. Sift wheat flour, mix with baking powder and starch and pour into the yolks. Pour the melted butter in here. At the very end, we introduce whipped proteins into a strong foam. Gently mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake a cake in the form of one cake. Take it out, let it cool down and cut into two halves. We smear the bottom layer with cottage cheese and yogurt cream, cover with a second cake and send it to the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, decorate with the remnants of cream and canned peaches.
Cream: dissolve gelatin on fire, let it cool. Whisk cottage cheese with condensed milk in a blender, add yogurt and sugar to taste. At the end, pour in gelatin.
