Pour oil into it. Put the onion. Let it fry a little and become transparent. Then put the chopped seafood to it and fry them for 7 minutes. When they are almost ready, pour sour cream into them. When it boils, turn down the heat and simmer for ten minutes until the sauce thickens. At the same time, it is necessary to constantly interfere. At the end, add salt and mix. Take the cocotnice. Put the resulting mass into it. Sprinkle with grated cheese with medium holes. Bake the seafood julienne in the oven until golden brown. Bon appetit!
