Recently I started learning about food made from carrots. I have already learned how to cook some very tasty dishes. But the most delicious dish from this root vegetable, in my opinion, is a carrot roll. It is the culinary recipe of this delicacy that will be discussed further. So, we begin the preparation of carrot roll with the fact that we peel the carrots, and then grind them into a pulp using a blender. Now beat the chicken eggs together with the granulated sugar until smooth. After that, add the prepared carrots, orange peel, sifted flour to the resulting mass and mix everything thoroughly. Now we cover the baking sheet with parchment and place our dough on it, distribute it evenly. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After this time, we take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down. Evenly distribute the apricot jam over the cake and roll it into a roll. On top of our roll we decorate with stewed chocolate.
