The culinary recipe of this dish was dictated to me by my girlfriend. If you like the sweet taste in meat or chicken food, then this recipe is worth taking note of. Chicken wings are first baked in the oven until half-cooked, and then dipped in sauce and cooked further. So, we begin to cook the wings in mustard-honey sauce. Chicken wings are washed under running water and dried with a paper towel. Then we lay them out on a baking sheet and send them to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes. While the wings are in the oven, we are preparing the sauce. Cream, mustard, honey, curry and salt are thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous consistency. We dip the half-finished wings in the sauce and put them back on the baking sheet. To make it easier to wash the baking sheet later, cover it with parchment paper or foil. We continue to bake the wings in the oven for another 20 minutes until a light golden brown crust. Wings in mustard – honey sauce are ready, bon appetit!
