I inherited this recipe from my mother, she baked it for the birthdays of each of our family. In winter, instead of fresh strawberries, she took strawberry, strawberry or raspberry jam. We separate the yolks from the proteins, put the latter in the refrigerator, the cooled ones are whipped faster, and the yolks are ground with sugar. We take out the whites and whisk them into a foam, carefully add the yolks. Continuing to beat, add flour. The dough should be like thick sour cream. Pour it into a mold, which we sprinkle with breadcrumbs or cover with baking paper. Bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of about 180 °.
Rub the strawberries with sugar, melt the butter, cool and add to the berries. Cool the cake and very carefully cut off the top, remove it as a lid from the pan and clean it from the inside. Get a form of dough. Crumble the contents into berries and grind everything again. Anoint the lid of the cake with cream, and put the remaining cream inside the cake, close the top and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
