Cooking method
The brightest dream of childhood is a huge, enormous cake with whipped cream. My eating habits change with age, and now I prefer jelly cakes with fruit. And if I manage to get an interesting recipe, I bake it on the same day. I brought this jelly cake recipe from vacation. Friends who were vacationing in the next room of the hotel shared
Sift flour through a sieve and mix with coconut chips. Combine 3 tablespoons of sugar and butter with flour and remember carefully with your hands. It turns out flour butter crumbs. Take a cake pan, lubricate the bottom and walls with oil and lay out the crumbs. From this crumb you need to mold a cake with a small side. To consolidate the result, send the mold to the heated oven, and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
For the cream, you need to wipe the cottage cheese, attach 3 tablespoons of sugar to it, put sour cream, a worn ginger root. Beat lightly with a mixer and fill the cake with cream in an even layer. To decorate, cut the grapes into halves and lay them on the cream with the cut down. Dilute the jelly according to the instructions and pour it over the berries.
Put in a cool place to solidify.
