Step-by-step cooking
Chocolate cake is a culinary recipe of Turkish cuisine, the main advantage of which is an extraordinary taste and the ability to replace ingredients. I will not say that it is too fast to cook, it will take about an hour for everything. Such a pie is good to treat guests, it perfectly shades the main food: meat or fish dishes. As a dessert, it is incomparable, but, I pay attention, it is quite high in calories.
We start the whole process by whipping butter with a mixer, adding egg yolks and part of the sugar (120 g out of 180). In a saucepan, melt a bar of chocolate (of course, without any filling) and add it to the bulk. Add flour, and then – well-beaten with 60 g of sugar proteins. We take a round shape, smear with oil, sprinkle with crackers, spread the dough, level it and put it to bake until ready. When the pie is ready, we take it out, cut it into two halves and soak it with jam (you can take raspberry, apple, currant or any other) mixed with walnuts passed through a meat grinder. Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate on top and cover with whipped cream.
