Step 1:

For a glass of rice, you need to take four glasses of liquid. If the porridge is prepared exclusively on one milk, then 4 cups of milk. If water is used, then it is desirable to take water and milk in equal proportions so that the porridge turns out to be dairy.
Step 2:
First of all, thoroughly wash the rice, changing the water repeatedly, wash the rice until the water is clear. Rice for liquid porridge, you need to take round, such rice contains a lot of gluten and is well boiled.
Step 3:
Pour milk into a saucepan. The fat content of milk can be chosen according to your taste. For children, of course, it is better to use natural village products. Who wants to get a less high-calorie dish, you can use skim milk or dilute milk with water. Put the dishes on the fire, bring to a boil. Add salt, mix. We put the cooked rice to sleep. Stir immediately so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Step 4:

Step 5:
Add a piece of butter to the pot of porridge, close the pot with a lid and wrap it in a warm blanket or blanket. We leave the porridge under the "fur coat" for 20-30 minutes so that it warms up well.
