Sift wheat flour with a slide through a sieve, add baking powder, mix. Then we put sugar, vanilla and semolina. Mix all the layers so as to distribute them evenly. Washed apples are peeled and grated on a coarse grater (you can sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken). We take the prepared form (preferably rectangular) and spread thin layers on it alternately: dry mixture, then grated apples. We try to distribute the layers so that the dry layer is the last. Butter from the freezer three on a coarse grater directly over the pie, so that the pieces fill the entire surface. We send our pie to a preheated 180-degree oven and keep it there for about forty-five minutes.
Food is served hot.
