This dessert is prepared quite simply. Add yeast and a little sugar to the flour, and all this is diluted in warm milk.
Then we take more flour, a little grated lemon and orange zest, powdered sugar, add sour cream, two eggs and a pinch of salt. All this is thoroughly mixed. Then add the melted butter, yeast and milk and mix thoroughly. The resulting mass is distributed evenly and spread on a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs baking sheet. We roll the cherries in powdered sugar and cinnamon, and lay them out on top of the dough. Bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees.

For caramel gravy, you need to take sugar and make caramel out of it. Then pour cream into the caramel and boil it all. Then add vanilla sugar and vanilla. We dissolve the starch in water and add caramel gravy there. We boil it all again. Then remove from the heat and wait until the gravy cools down. After that, pour the cherry cakes with caramel gravy, decorate with raisins and serve on the table.
