This culinary recipe is perfect for serving on a festive table, for guests or just for coffee, as Bulgarian cuisine calls for.
Pour the whey into the dishes, put the flour and knead the dough as steep as on the dumplings. We divide the finished dough into 5-6 pieces and roll them out into thin cakes. Calculate the size of the cakes based on the size of the baked cake.
Now we take the cottage cheese, put it in a separate bowl, put salt to taste, break the egg and mix thoroughly until smooth.
While we are preparing the baking dishes, lubricate it with butter. On the finished dish, we lay out the cake and the curd mass alternately, counting it on several layers.
We leave the resulting half-cooked dish aside.
Separately put sour cream and egg in a bowl, whisk and cover the last top cake with the resulting cream.
Carefully cover our cakes with butter on top. The resulting pie is placed in a preheated oven and baked until a golden crust forms for 30-40 minutes. We get ready-to-eat food, cool it down and milina is ready for the table at home!
