I want to offer you a very interesting dish. To cook Chicken in honey with rice, we need to wash the chicken thighs and put them in an enameled dish.

Pour buckwheat honey into the vessel, add mustard seeds, mix and dip the chicken thighs, carefully rubbing the honey mixture into the chicken. Pour the remaining mixture over the chicken. To prevent the honey from thickening, put the dishes with honey in a small saucepan with hot water.

Then pour the chicken thighs with soy sauce about 50-60 ml. and put the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Then, pickled thighs, carefully put in a saucepan and cover with a lid. Rice is thoroughly washed and left to dry on a napkin. Pour water and salt into a saucepan, put rice there and cook it until it is half cooked. If you add a little salt to the water, the rice will not stick together.

Then grease the mold with fat, spread the rice, and put the hips on top of the rice and pour everything with marinade. Be sure to cover with a lid and put in a preheated oven for 40-55 minutes. This food is preferably served hot. The cooking itself according to this recipe takes at least an hour. This recipe is widely used in Arabic cuisine.
