Cooking method
This is a cupcake recipe from Irish cuisine. The cupcake turns out to be lush and delicious. Such food is suitable for any holiday, and, in addition, it is low-calorie, since it uses a minimum amount of flour and eggs. So, if you like sweets, but watch your figure, this cooking recipe is just for you!
First of all, sift flour, salt and soda thoroughly and mix. For convenience, chop the butter into pieces and add to the flour. After that, add the egg and low-fat cream. Mix the mixture thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. If you see that the dough is too thin, just add a little more flour.
Take a round baking dish and use it to make round cakes. Sprinkle the resulting cakes with bread crumbs and leave in this form for 2-3 minutes in order for the cakes to settle and reach the desired appearance.
After that, place them on a baking sheet greased with butter. And cook in a well-heated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. When the cupcakes are ready, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or pour caramel sauce over them.
Bon appetit!
