Step-by-step preparation
You need to cut a loaf, as for ordinary sandwiches. Lightly lubricate one side with butter and apply the prepared curd mass. We knead the cottage cheese, add one raw egg to it and stir it thoroughly, we can even say, beat it slightly. Add 1/2 tablespoon of cumin to the resulting mixture and stir again. We spread the cottage cheese on a loaf generously, with a small slide. We put it on a baking sheet and now take the remaining cumin and sprinkle them on top of our sandwiches. We put it under the grill in a preheated 180C oven. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. The aroma spreading through the apartment will tell you that it's time to pour tea or coffee and invite everyone to the table. The son grew up, and this children's recipe for hot sandwiches with cottage cheese and cumin remained his favorite.
