I offer this culinary recipe for those who want to taste an unusual dish from ingredients that are quite familiar to us. This is baked chicken with juicy and sweet peaches.
We take lemons and oranges. We remove the peel from them, we also need it. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from these fruits, add butter, garlic, zest, which you have rubbed and onion, very finely chopped.salt and pepper. Wipe well, make a homogeneous mass, then you need to put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to cool. So we got to our chickens. Lightly separate the skin on the breasts and put two tablespoons of cooked oil under it. We leave the same amount for peaches. And rub the carcasses with the remaining mass. Bake in the oven constantly watering them with juice, which will stand out. Fifteen minutes before cooking, we spread the peaches, also coated with oil, on a baking sheet. Well, that's it, our dish is ready. If you don't have peaches, you can easily replace them with apples.
